The ultimate in grilling, for a power of 18 kW, the FCE-180/7 TY plancha is made of the famous 20 mm thick 96µ hard chrome plate. This luxurious frytop, a real Gastronòbla billiard table, designed to sublimate the finest dishes, will be the ideal spot for your Gourmet space.
The NS Range includes Mainho planchas designed for intensive use while offering a high degree of professional versatility! With a thickness of 12 to 15 mm, the griddle has a radiant slightly higher than the hard chrome (similar to that of gas barbecues) necessary for cooking grills of non-flattened shapes.
The ECO series 60µ hard chrome steel cast iron cooking plates are economically best placed on the fast food market but also on the outdoor cooking market cherished by experienced or beginner grillers.
Blued steel (heat treatment Z20 C13) provides optimum hardness on the surface while maintaining the desired strength. This case-hardened steel (a process for hardening the austenitized then tempered metal) is perfectly suited for second-hand grills.
